Chefs from around the globe have been invited to compete in an exclusive online competition to be named the world’s Favorite Chef 2021, receive $20,000, and be featured in a sponsored double-page spread in Bon Appetit.

Voting went live yesterday and many Philadelphia-based chefs have signed up hoping for a chance at international glory and some nice prize money. I’ve compiled a list of participating chefs and I will update this list when more chefs sign-up.

People can vote once daily with a Facebook login or purchase “hero” votes where a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Feeding America®, a hunger relief organization with a nationwide network of food banks feeding the hungry.

Not sure how accurate that is so “buyer beware” I always say! Make your best judgment whether you want to give this program some money. Either way, I’m happy to see chefs get some attention!
