Saige Cafe opens second Philadelphia location at 1631 Wallace Street in the Spring Garden neighborhood.

Saige Cafe, offering customers with delicious, nutritious, heartwarming, locally sourced food and organic coffee at Temple University announces the Grand Opening for their newest location in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia. Early word is it’s good; impressive even.

Serving the Temple University neighborhood for over 3 years at their first location, Saige will now expand their signature ground coffee and healthy quality meals to 1631 Wallace Street at North 17th Street.

“The Spring Garden community is perfect for our newest restaurant” says Ehsan Wahdat, owner of Saige. “We are very much looking forward to offering the neighborhood a place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner – even Sunday brunch! – whether they’re on the go or want a place to have a sit down meal.”

The Spring Garden location will offer a signature coffee bar with over a dozen flavors to add to their house blends, including their signature pour over coffee, a favorite within the world of coffee connoisseurs.

Saige beans are courtesy good friends Red House Roasters, who have carefully selected some of the top origins from around the world. Among these specialty blends are the Mexican Oaxaca: balanced and bold, a fair trade, organic blend bursting with typica and bourbon, as well as the Columbian: a medium roast full of Inga mystique and smooth with rich hazelnut, warm caramel and a cocoa finish.
