Philadelphia Distilling is pleased to announce that Bluecoat American Dry Gin is the official Gin Provider for the 2016 Philadelphia Host Committee for the Democratic National Convention (DNC). In celebration of the DNC, Philadelphia Distilling will be launching Drink-cision, an interactive cocktail campaign for both residents and visitors.
The official nominees, the classic “Martini” made with Bluecoat American Dry Gin and its predecessor, the “Martinez” made with Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin, will go head-to-head via online polls, where fans can cast their vote.
The polls open July 14th and the nominee with the most votes will be announced on the evening of July 28th at The Franklin Bar at 10pm (doors open at 8pm), where Bluecoat enthusiasts will enjoy the victorious nominee cocktail, complimentary of Philadelphia Distilling.

The Democratic National Convention will take place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia from July 25th through July 28th. An expected 50,000 visitors will be coming to Philadelphia for the convention, including members of the Democratic National Committee, press, and spectators.
