Two restaurants, Bella Vista and Al Pastor, are scheduled for a fall Grand Opening in expansion area of Exton’s Eagleview Town Center.
Construction is currently underway for Al Pastor, a Modern-Mexican eatery, and Bella Vista, an Italian-American trattoria-style restaurant, in the expansion area of the Eagleview Town Center. Both restaurants are heralded by former Stephen Starr alums Justin Weathers and Joseph Monnich.
“We wanted to bring everything we’ve learned in our time in center city Philadelphia, and then with our own restaurant Stove & Tap in Lansdale, to Exton,” says Weathers. “We’re bringing two unique concepts to the Eagleview Town Center that, after speaking with local residents, we felt they wanted and deserve.”
Joining Weathers is Executive Chef Joseph Monnich, who formerly helmed the kitchens at Parc and The Dandelion, two of Philadelphia’s most popular restaurants. Monnich will oversee the culinary operations of both restaurants.
“Al Pastor and Bella Vista both express authentic flavors with a fresh, modern approach,” says Monnich. “The Mexican-inspired menu at Al Pastor will feature twists on familiar classics while Bella Vista’s more-trattoria style menu will highlight a rustic, Italian feel. Both will be delicious, shareable, and approachable while presented in a comfortable restaurant fit for any occasion.”
Al Pastor and Bella Vista represent the next phase of development for the Eagleview Town Center. A “Restaurant Row” is planned with both locations joining the already-open Brickside Grille and Nudy’s Café. The Town Center is also home to shops, a pharmacy, salon and the award winning Wellington Bookshop, voted the best of Philly in 2016.
Job applications are currently being accepted for all positions at both locations. Applicants are encouraged to apply online at www.eatalpastor.com and www.eatbellavista.com.
