Macallan Scotch Whisky Event at Red Owl Tavern This Thursday

This Thursday, March 24th, Red Owl Tavern is hosting The Macallan Event: 10 to Rare featuring The Macallan Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Macallan Whiskey Event at The Red Owl Tavern

This educational and experiential event includes five scotch whiskys, three courses, a meet and greet with the national brand ambassador, and a scotch seminar.

The meet and greet features Craig Bridger, National Brand Ambassador for The Macallan, who will be presenting the seminar and sharing his wisdom with the audience. Guests can enjoy passed hors d’oeuvre Corn Fritters with chipotle aioli.

Bridger will be bringing five scotches to Old City: The Macallan 10 year, 12 year, 15 year, 18 year, and Rare.

The three-course menu from Executive Chef Jorge Chicas features:

  • Seared Sea Scallops with succotash, corn puree, pea tendrils

  • Lamb Loin with rainbow chard, pickled cranberries, jus

  • Flourless Brownies with Franklin Fountain vanilla ice cream.
