
Jessica DeLuise, physician assistant, culinary medicine specialist, & founder of Eat Your Way to Wellness will be hosting a Live Pickle Making Demo with the founders of the Fishtown Pickle Project on Wednesday, April 15th at 6:30pm.
Fishtown Pickle Project founders Nikki Toscani, registered dietitian, and Chef Mike Sicinski will be demonstrating how to make pickles and discussing how pickles may benefit your wellness throughout the pandemic and beyond.
Here’s what you will need to make the pickles during the demonstration:
🥒 Produce to pickle (your choice!)
🥒 1 quart of filtered water
🥒 2 tbsp per cup of salt
🥒 2-3 clean, mason jars with lids
