Home Brewed Events is known for creating unique and specialized events around beverages. A little social distancing isn’t going to stop them. They’re encouraging folks to gather and socialize virtually over drinks, including a weekly Happy Hour with different themes.

Tonight, they present the Curious Drinkers Club: Whine & Cheese Club based on an episode of Parks & Rec. They encourage attendees to bring a wine to share virtually with the group and a cheese to pair with it. Venting is allowed so feel free to whine about the current situation or life in general. But as Tom Haverford said, “It’s called Whine & Cheese Club, not Rant & Cheese Club. We’re not animals.”

Then on Saturday night, they are hosting Saturday Night Care Package with Love City Beer & Shane Confectionery Chocolate via Zoom. Participants will enjoy two beers expertly paired with locally made chocolate from Shane Confectionery which will be available to be picked up from Love City on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 7pm.

On Saturday evening, they will conduct a virtual guided tasting at 8pm with Meredith of Home Brewed Events and Laurel from Shane Confectionery who will talk about each in-depth.

Included in the Care Package: Six Pack of Love City Brewing Sylvie Stout, Crowler of Love City Brewing Tart Beats Plum, Shane Confectionery Single Origin Chocolate selection: Belize, Colombia, and Guatemala.
