New Menu Items and Cocktails For Spring & Summer at Redz Restaurant

Redz Restaurant New Spring Menu

Redz Restaurant, known for their American inspired fare, is excited to introduce brand new menu items and cocktails reflecting the change of seasons at the restaurant in Mount Laurel, NJ connected to the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton. Throughout the spring and summer, the restaurant will continue their commitment to incorporating as much local fare into their menu by partnering with local breweries, offering guests a diverse selection of beer brewed right around the corner.

New, seasonal cocktails kick off the fresh spring and summer menu including:

  • Muddled Strawberry Margarita [$11] mixing tequila, honey, and fresh strawberries and topped off with a brown sugar rim;

  • Basil Cucumber IPA Cooler [$11] with muddled fresh basil and cucumbers, vodka, lemonade, and the featured IPA of the day for a refreshing shandy-style drink;

  • Wild Berry Mojito [$11] that includes rum, mint, lime, fresh berries, sugar, and club soda.

Seasonal and recently added lunch and dinner menu items feature new salads and sandwiches like:

  • Roasted Beet Salad [$12] with pickled radish, pistachio and aged goat cheese;

  • Mitchell Sandwich [$15] a nod to owner Mitchell Davis’ favorite meal, the sandwich includes grilled chicken, smashed avocado, roasted cherry tomatoes and an egg sunny side up, all on an open face multi grain bread;

  • Red Truffled Fries [$10] featuring straight cut fries tossed with truffled sea salt and parsley and topped with parmesan cheese make their debut on the latest lunch, dinner and bar bites menus.

Dinner menu additions include

  • Cedar Plank Salmon [$28] with lemon juice, garlic, mint and paprika, all smoked on a cedar plank with seasonal vegetables;

  • Roasted Almond Chicken Breast [$24] covered with avocado salsa and served with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe.

Finally, guests can elevate their steak dinners with newly introduced sauce options that include ‘Mushroom Demi’, ‘Creamy Gorgonzola’ or a ‘Red Wine Sauce’ for just $2.

In addition to menu updates, Redz Restaurant will continue their localized efforts by pairing up with South Jersey breweries each month for unique and inventive craft beer offerings. Since launching this program in October, Redz has paired up with a number of breweries across New Jersey, including Flying Fish Brewing Company, Kane Brewing Company, Cape May Brewing Company and most recently, Zed’s Beer. Located just four miles away, Zed’s is Marlton NJ’s first brewery and will be pouring three varieties of their approachable craft beers at a Redz beer pairing event in May.

General Manager, Dean Sampson comments, “We are always excited to update the food and drink menu for spring and summer because we are able to work even more closely with the local New Jersey farm stands to incorporate the freshest fruits and vegetables in our dishes and cocktails. When our guests eat at Redz, they will always get a delicious, unique meal made from ingredients grown down the road.”
