Landmark Americana at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ will host a cooking competition on Monday, January 22 between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. featuring Rowan President Ali A. Houshmand’s Hazardous Hot Sauce as a key ingredient.
In celebration of National Hot Sauce Day, the competition will feature the spicy sauce in drinks, appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts. Cooks will bring their dishes to Landmark Americana where their spicy fare will be judged by a panel, including Houshmand himself, and Landmark Americana co-owner, Dave Goldman.
Launched in October 2017, all proceeds from Houshmand’s Hazardous Hot Sauce go to the Rowan University Student Scholarship Fund.
