SUGA, the Modern Chinese restaurant led by Philadelphia culinary legend, Susanna Foo and her son Gabe, is pleased to participate in Center City District’s Restaurant Week program January 14 through January 26, 2018.
One of the stand-out items on the $35 fixed-price dinner menu also includes a choice of dessert is the Wuxi Braised Short Ribs with leek, daikon, and purple sweet potato (pictured above).
They’ll also be offering a three-course lunch menu for $20. Diners can choose from five appetizers, including the famous popcorn pork ravioli, six diverse entrees with three bento box options (chicken, tofu, and beef), and warm chocolate cake for dessert.
