Redz Restaurant, located at 515 Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel, NJ, is hosting an all-Exit tap takeover to commemorate their location, just off Exit 4 on the New Jersey Turnpike, December 11-16, 2017.
New Jersey’s Flying Fish Brewing Company has been releasing their Exit Series beers since 2009 with each beer brewed to represent the corresponding New Jersey Turnpike exit. A Flying Fish Brewing Company Rep will be on-site at Redz on Thursday, December 14 to talk brews.
Road-weary Turnpike travelers can always find Flying Fish Exit 4, a Belgian-style trippel, at Redz. The pints are marked down to $4 every day from 4-5 p.m. During the upcoming tap takeover three more Exit beers will join 4 for a well-balanced taste of Jersey.
Redz’s chef, Roelof de Groot, has prepared a menu of special of dishes each suited to pair with an Exit beer to enhance the experience.

Sautéed shrimp topped with creamy gorgonzola served over orzo ($26) pairs with Exit 4, a hoppy American trippel with hints of banana and clove, 9.5% ABV.

Blackened mahi-mahi with a mango salsa and sautéed veggies ($24) complements the dark brown, caramel-y Exit 7 Pork Roll Porter, 7.5% ABV.

Roasted pork tenderloin served with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe ($24) brings out the toasty notes of Exit 10 Trail Mix, a brown ale brewed with raisins, chocolate and honey, 7.5% ABV.
Lastly, a housemade carrot cake ($8) showcases the six different hops found in Exit 16 Double IPA that create hints of tangerine, mango and pine, 8.2% ABV.
