Philly fave, Pizzeria Vetri and burger masters, Shake Shack are teaming up on a mouthwatering new menu collab being served up for a limited time – from Friday, Sept 1st through Sunday, Sept 10th.
Shake Shack’s Chef Mark Rosati and James Beard Winner Chef Marc Vetri of Pizzeria have joined forces to create two unique items that will be offered at select Shake Shack and all Pizzeria Vetri locations in Philly and DC.
Playing on Shake Shack’s classic SmokeShack®, Pizzeria Vetri will be serving up the SmokeShack Rotolo ($7.00), a new take on their signature rotolo made with ground beef, all-natural smoked Niman Ranch bacon, Shack cheese sauce & chopped cherry pepper. The SmokeShack Rotolo will be available at all Pizzeria Vetri locations in Philadelphia and DC.
Simultaneously, Shake Shack will be offering the Chick’n Parm ($6.99), a crispy chicken breast topped with Pizzeria Vetri marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil. The Chick’n Parm will be available at select Shake Shack locations in Philadelphia including University City, Center City and King of Prussia Mall and in DC at their Logan Circle shop.
