Evolution of Jewish Cooking in America

Mike Solomonov is a busy man.

As we most recently reported, he’s having quite the auspicious Spring!

Next month, he will be one of the featured speakers at the Evolution of Jewish Cooking in America event at the National Museum of American Jewish History. The event will take place on Tuesday, May 16th at 7pm.

It will be a conversation celebrating the rich traditions of Jewish cooking in America and around the globe by influential figures in the Jewish culinary world.

In addition to Solomonov, Philadelphia restauranteur and Zahav co-owner Steven Cook, prolific cookbook author Joan Nathan, and Saveur Blog of the Year award-winner Molly Yeh will also be featured.

It will be moderated by Devra Ferst of Tasting Table.

Cook and Solomonov’s Zahav, Nathan’s King Solomon’s Table, and Yeh’s Molly on the Range cookbooks will be available for sale and signing.
