Entrepreneur Works, a nonprofit organization that supports underserved entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia region through small business training and loans, will hold its 15th Annual Taste of Success cook-off/bake-off event on Monday, May 1st from 6-8 PM at the International House Philadelphia Ibrahim Theater.
Taste of Success offers 12 food entrepreneurs the chance to enter a winning appetizer or dessert in a competition for cash prizes.
The contest will be judged by two top local chefs: Chef/Owner Joncarl Lachman (of NOORD, Restaurant Neuf, and The Dutch); and Chef/Owner Lee Styer (of FOND and The Dutch).
For the fifth consecutive year, Taste of Success will be hosted by Jim Donovan, co-anchor with CBS 3 Philly’s Eyewitness News This Morning (exclusive media sponsor of Taste of Success).
Sample the contestants’ offerings before voting for People’s Choice and Most Innovative Awards. The event will also feature a unique raffle, an open bar, catered snacks and more.
All funds raised from Taste of Success 2017 will directly support Entrepreneur Works’ small business lending, training, and guidance programs.
