&pizza, the Washington, D.C.-based counter culture brand known for its critically acclaimed pizza and craft beverages, ampersand-tattooed employees (the Tribe) and fight for a living wage, is taking Pi Day to the next level.
&pizza will turn their Philly shop (located at 1430 Walnut Street) into a Vegas-Style wedding chapel on March 14, 2017 for all spontaneous, pizza-loving couples to tie the knot. Theyโre putting a call out to couples looking to tie the knot in the most memorable of ways.
This all started in 2015 when a math teacher bride and pizza loving groom decided to get hitched underneath one of &pizzaโs signature ampersands. This is &pizzaโs third year offering complimentary weddings and first time expanding the tradition into Philadelphia.
Couples will receive the ultimate pizza loversโ wedding complete with music, flowers, photographer, officiant and, of course, plenty of pizza.
Interested couples can apply to reserve a wedding by filling out the form foundย here, and limited walk-in weddings will be available until the shop closes.
