For one day only, on Sunday, February 5, Weckerly’s Ice Cream, will offer a special Super Bowl-inspired Sundae at their shop, located at 9 West Girard Avenue. Weckerly’s Super Bowl Sundae will be available from noon until 9 p.m. for $10.

The Super Bowl Sundae includes: a basket of eight waffle cone “nacho chips” with a scoop of horchata ice cream and a scoop of avocado sorbet, topped with tangy mascarpone whipped cream, shaved Nathan Miller Hispaniola Dark Chocolate and finished with fresh strawberry sauce.

Weckerly’s is collaborating with South Philly Barbacoa on the horchata ice cream, and plan to contribute a portion of sales from all the Super Bowl Sundaes sold to the Community Legal Services of Philadelphia.
