XIX (Nineteen), located on the 19th floor of the Hyatt at the Bellevue, is currently offering a special “Taste of XIX” three-course pre-fix tasting menu. Guests choose from three options per course in appetizer, entrée and dessert with additional amuse-bouche and pre-dessert offerings. The special runs through Friday, February 3rd.

The hotel’s new Executive Chef, Tim Paoulek, has developed a creative and delicious menu exclusively for this promotion featuring seasonal flavors and local ingredients with dishes including:

  • Bourbon Sweet Potato Soup (first course)

  • Seared Scallops with Butternut Squash Puree Caponata, Golden Raisin, and Rosemary Oil (first course)

  • Flat Iron Steak with Wild Rice and Broccoli (second course)

  • Skuna Bay Salmon with Kohlrabi and Curry Squash Puree (second course)

  • Porcelet Pork Chop with Sweet Potatoes (second course)

  • Flourless Chocolate Cake (third course)
