Cinco de Mayo Specials at Tio Flores on South Street

Tio Flores (1600 South Street) will get their Cinco de Mayo celebration started early. They plan to open their doors early on Thursday, May 5th at 12pm with the following food and drink specials from 12pm to 9pm.
