Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is hosting a special Customer Appreciation Day/PJ Day festivity on Saturday, March 9, 2024, inviting customers to wear and/or donate new pajamas to Comfort Cases at participating locations across Philadelphia. Every person who does so gets a free small waffle cone.

For over 30 years, ice cream lovers have been encouraged to slip into their comfiest sleepwear and head to a participating Bruster’s location for a free or discounted small handmade waffle cone on PJ Day.

This year, Bruster’s is proud to announce a partnership with Comfort Cases, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth entering the foster care system, who are often given trash bags for their belongings, by providing them with backpacks known as “Comfort Cases®” filled with personal care items of their very own.

Through this partnership, Bruster’s will collaborate to help local youth in foster care get their own brand-new pajamas as part of their Comfort Cases.
