Aunt Berta’s Kitchen has two locations serving homestyle soul food in South Jersey. The family-run business is growing again and opening in Philadelphia!
The original location has been open for 26 years at 639 White Horse Pike in Oaklyn, NJ. A second location opened during the pandemic at 311 White Horse Pike in Lindenwold, NJ. Last year, a third location opened at 198 N. Dupont Highway in New Castle, DE.
A Soulful Debut in Philadelphia
A new cloud kitchen-based restaurant will soon open in Philadelphia at University Fair Food Co. in West Philadelphia. It will not be a brick-and-mortar location; it will offer take-out & delivery only. Orders will be placed through the website, DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, or the kiosk located inside the lobby area.
Aunt Berta’s Kitchen is owned and operated by Alberta Ferebee and her daughter Estella Gale. They are excited to bring their award-winning soul food to Philadelphia.
