Exciting news from Molto Bene! Ravioli Co. They announced on Instagram that they will open a brick-and-mortar store at 2303 Frankford Ave in Kensington. The new store is an addition to the food truck that will still be cruising around town, bringing joy and deliciousness to ravioli lovers in Philadelphia.
Molto Bene! has become known for its small-batch, restaurant-quality ravioli, and homemade sauces using only the finest ingredients for big-time flavor. The store will sell ravioli and sauces but will also offer a delightful blend of local and imported goods.
Molto Bene! Ravioli Co. is a result of the friendship between co-founders Andy Polhemus and Gabriel Austin, passionate food lovers living their dream of a small food business.
They are planning for an October opening. Stay tuned for opening date as it draws nearer.
