A brand new evening farmers market opened at the intersection of South Street & East Passyunk Avenue (near 430 South Street) on Thursday, June 1st. This Thursday, June 15th, they are hosting a launch party.
This outdoor market occurs every Thursday between 3 pm and 7 pm. It features local farmers and artisans, showcasing an impressive array of seasonal produce, ethically raised meats and fish, freshly baked bread and pasta, a delightful assortment of honey and fermented foods, and so much more.
This market is not affiliated with the Headhouse Farmers Market, a year-round market that runs every Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm. Evergreen Events run the South & Passyunk market.
