Braise Restaurant is a Farm-to-Table BYOB that opened last summer in Worcester, PA, near the quaint Montgomery County village of Skippack, PA. Just a short drive from Lansdale, PA, the restaurant features an approachable menu of American fare with global influences.
Chef Scott Carpenter has worked in kitchens for over 30 years and felt it was time to open his own restaurant. Braise is the culmination of his chef experience and culinary vision.
The budget-friendly restaurant is ideal for date nights, friendly gatherings, special occasions, and family dining. It’s open Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00-9:00 PM and Sunday from 4:00-8:00 PM.
Wednesday nights are the time to go as they offer a super affordable 3-course menu for just $37 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The same deal applies to take-out orders, too—such a good deal, especially in these inflationary times!
The restaurant also offers five-course dinners for $50 or $55 per person occasionally, which is truly astonishing and fantastic value.
The charming restaurant is warm and cozy, with a fireplace exuding a rustic, homey ambiance. The owner and service staff are personable and put their heart and soul into running the restaurant. Loyal fans have left rave reviews on social media. You probably won’t find another place that has this much to offer.
If you’re looking for budget-friendly yet delicious, chef-driven, farm-to-table dining in Montgomery County, PA, check out Braise Restaurant. I implore you to visit and tell me your thoughts!
Also, be sure to vote for them for Best BYOB on the 2023 Montgomery County Happening List.
