There are a lot of Philadelphia restaurants open for Thanksgiving this year. Inflation is affecting everybody this year and prices have gone up on everything. Holiday dining is definitely more expensive this year whether you’re staying home or dining out. I checked a bunch of places offering Thanksgiving dining in Philadelphia and I decided instead of doing a round-up, I will share my “picks” for the best bang for your buck dining experiences in Philadelphia for Thanksgiving.
Top Pick: Cray Taste
118 Market Street

Saquan Howard, the chef and owner of Cray Taste Old City, which opened in August of 2021 at 118 Market Street in Philadelphia, will be offering Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, November 24th from 3 to 9 p.m.
The traditional feast, which is priced at $24.99 per person ($15.99 for kids 10 and under), features a choice of entrees that include roasted turkey, fried chicken, red pepper shrimp, or fried whiting, as well as a choice of two sides, featuring stuffing, candied yams, sautéed kale, mac & cheese, cornbread, and cranberry sauce. There will also be a choice of sweet potato pie or pumpkin pie for dessert.

Second Top Pick: Bank & Bourbon at Loews Philadelphia
1200 Market Street
This pick might seem a bit pricier, but since it is buffet-style, you get a lot of food for the money— plus a cash bar if you want fancy cocktails or an optional wine pairing (see below).
Executive Chef Thomas Harkins and Executive Sous Chef Joe Thomas Jr., prepare a festive feast featuring the flavors of Fall. Diners can enjoy a buffet of seasonal salads and soups; signature charcuterie and cheese displays from local farms; a robust carving station featuring Roasted Lancaster Turkey, Herb Roasted Prime Rib and Whole Roasted Verlasso Salmon; autumn vegetables including Green Beans, Candied Yams and more. End the meal with mouthwatering sweet treats from our pastry kitchen full of pies and cookies galore.
Bank & Bourbon’s Thanksgiving buffet is $85 per adult and $25 per child (12 and under). Adults can also enjoy a $35 optional wine pairing. Reservations are available via Resy from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. View the complete Bank & Bourbon Thanksgiving Day menu and book a reservation.
