NOVEMBER UPDATE: Matt Fein is now the owner of Dad’s Deli in Marlton.
The Borscht Belt, a Jewish delicatessen in Stockton, has announced Matt Fein as General Manager.
Matt’s experience, first as chef at celebrated Philadelphia restaurant Zahav, and then as Culinary Director of local fried chicken and donut chain Federal Donuts, prepared him for this jump to General Manager of a growing restaurant operation.
The Borscht Belt opened in Stockton, NJ in 2021. Earlier this year, it announced it would be opening a second location in Newtown, PA.
