One Night Only! Sweet Amalia Oyster Topped Burger at a.kitchen

a.kitchen’s Burger Series is taking place next week with Melissa McGrath of Sweet Amalia Oysters on April 19th. McGrath and a.kitchen’s executive Chef Eli Collins are collaborating on an unforgettable evening of burgers + stellar wine.

A Sweet Amalia-inspired burger featuring a double patty, Cooper sharp cheese topped with crispy Sweet Amalia Oysters, b+b onions and green garlic ranch is on special for the evening (not to mention shoestring fries with oyster mayo). A.kitchen’s acclaimed burger will also be available for the evening along with a selection of Loire Valley wines and a Muscadet flight pairing, from a.kitchen’s JBFA-nominated “Outstanding Wine Program.”

ICYMI: Chef Eli Collins has long been known for having one of the best burgers in Philly. He introduced the Burger Night Series last month with Joe Beddia, to bring the other best burgers the city and offer new burger creations to Philadelphians.

All plates are priced a la carte, but reservations must be made on Tock and will go fast.

a.kitchen is located at the corner of 18th & Walnut in Rittenhouse Square.
