As an avid home cook, I have lots of cookware, small electrics, kitchenware and gadgets, and more. In fact, we have more stuff than we have the room for in our old 1920s home. It’s quite cluttered in our small kitchen and pantry. But I’m a sucker for something new. I was fortunate enough to be sent a Berlinger Haus 11″ grill pan to add to my collection of cookware. And let me tell you, I LOVE IT!

From the website:
Berlinger Haus is a European cookware designer and manufacturer looking to disrupt the way Americans think about cooking through high-quality yet affordably-priced kitchenware products.
This is a high-quality pan with an amazing no-stick surface. It’s not heavy like other grill pans. I’ve grilled/sauteed many things in this pan already. Burgers, vegetables, and even French toast! I’m absolutely sold on Berlinger Haus cookware.
From the website:
If you’re looking for a frying pan that not only helps you cook your food but helps cut down on cooking time with sacrificing food quality you won’t find better cookware than Berlinger Haus. Designed around style, performance, and long-lasting resilience our premium frying pans help you stay more consistent when cooking old and new recipe ideas alike, so you can focus on creating full bellies and big smiles with every meal.
I couldn’t have said it better myself! I really love this pan. The apple and walnut cinnamon French toast I made in the grill pan turned out amazing. I even grilled up the apples in the pan first so both the apples and bread both had nice grill marks on it. DELICIOUS!
It’s a welcome addition to my cluttered kitchen and I guarantee it will be used a lot! I appreciate them sending this to me so I could evaluate it.
I highly recommend looking into this line of kitchen cookware. They offer pots, pans, full cookware sets, and more. Check them out!
