Mary Ann Ferrie and Dan Grimes of beloved American BYOB Chloe in Old City announced today on the restaurant’s Facebook page that it has closed after 22 years. It is sad to see another Philadelphia restaurant close, especially one that has been around for so long. I wish them the best in whatever is next!
The restaurant is for sale with all new equipment in the kitchen. $45K + $3K/month in rent. Such a great spot! Call 215-380-6976 if interested.
