Spring Into Seasons 52

There’s still time to enjoy Seasons 52’s Hello Spring Prix Fixe Menu. The special Spring-forward menu allows guests to choose a soup or salad, entrée, and Mini Indulgence dessert for just $29.95. We recently partnered with our local Seasons 52 in Cherry Hill to check it out. The menu features the freshest ingredients the spring season has to offer – like asparagus, lemon, parsley and more – and will continue through May 26.

Spring Cocktails at Seasons 52

Every good meal must start with a cocktail. You can’t go wrong with either the Citrus Cooler or the Hawaiian Pineapple Cosmopolitan. They’re oh so easy to drink!

Spring Salads at Seasons 52

We each chose a salad for our starter. Romaine and Kale Caesar for me, Field Greens for him. These are extremely generous salads that come appropriately dressed. The almost entree-sized salads are very satisfying so you may want to pace yourself to save room for your entree and dessert.

He chose the Wood-Grilled Bistro Steak and I enjoyed the Wood-Grilled Sea Scallops and each were cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and juicy and the scallops were succulently sweet. Both dishes featured lovely fresh spring asparagus cooked al dente. The scallops were served on top of a bed of grains that helped add texture and heartiness to the dish.

A Mini Indulgence is a must!

Since the Mini Indulgence comes with your meal, you must indulge! I loved the seasonal Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake. Since it’s only a couple of bites, you really shouldn’t feel guilty at all. This is why Seasons 52 is so great. You can feel like you’ve splurged on yourself, but it’s all fresh, high-quality ingredients you can feel good about.

Seasonal fare is what Seasons 52 does best so do try to get to either the King of Prussia, Cherry Hill, or Princeton locations to try the Hello Spring Menu before it’s gone and summer flavors take over.

Special thanks to Seasons 52 for the invitation and the Cherry Hill team for the hospitality. Our opinions are our own.
