January 2020 Update: Michael Falcone is now at Oori Restaurant located at 2228 Pottstown Pike, Pottstown, PA.
Michael Falcone (HEART Food Truck, Morrell Park, Funky Lil Kitchen) has been named Executive Chef of Rebel Hill Brewing in Phoenixville, PA.
When Falcone was planning on opening Morrell Park, he met Rebel Hill owner Greg Kluge as they were building the brewery next door.
The two kept in touch so when Morrell Park eventually fell through, it was a good fit as Kluge wanted to offer food for brewery patrons.
Menu will be seasonal where possible, using what is available.
Beer may be used in dishes when appropriate.
