The long-standing Christmas Eve tradition, Feast of the Seven Fishes, may seem like a huge undertaking. That’s why this year, Urban Village Brewing put their own twist on the feast by giving guests an a la carte option.
The Northern Liberties brewpub is serving up seafood classics like clam chowder ($6), beer-battered cod ($12), mussels in red sauce ($12) and more.
Head brewer, Dave Goldman adds his special touch with beer pairing recommendations from the 12 beers they brew on-site, like CPA (citra pale ale 5.9% abv) and Wildey Wheat Ale (6% abc).
Sounds like a solid Christmas Eve plan in the NoLibs.
