The Pour House, a P.J.W. Restaurant Group restaurant with locations in North Wales and Exton, PA and Westmont, NJ, is excited to introduce a brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am–2 pm available at all locations. The Pour House brunch is designed to bring guests from empty to energized with hydrating cocktails and hearty dishes.
The brunch menu adds a twist to the much-needed morning cocktail with one game-changing ingredient: Pedialyte®. You read that right!
Featured Recovery Cocktails, all for $7.50 include: the ‘Weekend Krush’ mixing Three Olives® orange, Pedialyte® orange, and fresh squeezed orange juice; and the ‘Transfusion Krush’ with Pedialyte® grape, Three Olivies® grape, and ginger ale. Other beverages that lend a hand to your hangover are the ‘Bloody Mary’, ‘Bourbon Mary’, and ‘Bloody Maria’ all garnished with a gherkin pickle, blue cheese stuffed olive and bacon with the option to add fresh oysters or an old bay dusted rim. Don’t forget the coffee with a kick that comes in three flavors: ‘Irish’, ‘Hazelnut’, and ‘Pumpkin’, all garnished with whipped cream.
Brunch menu options range from ‘Grilled Cheese Egg-In-A-Hole’ that includes thick-cut brioche bread filled with Vermont cheddar, American cheese, bacon jam and an egg in the middle, served with potato, onion, and pepper hash [$8.99], ‘Custard French Toast’ soaked in vanilla custard, topped with honey butter, seasonal fruit compote and maple syrup [$9.99] and the ‘Hangover Burger’ stacking crisp bacon, smoked cheddar and crispy onion straws topped with chipotle aioli and a fried egg [$11.99] – ensuring a hearty meal.
