Okatshe, Chef Jose Garces’ restaurant inside of the Tropicana in Atlantic City, and Joto Sake have teamed up to create an educational and unique culinary experience. On Friday November 10th, start the evening with Sake specialist, Ryan Mellinger, as he expertly guides you through each type of Saké, it’s rich history, and how it is brewed (yes, brewed!).
Following the tasting, enjoy a 4 course dinner featuring Okatshe’s signature sushi rolls, 5-Spice Ribs, Chasu Buns, and a selection of yakitori including beef short ribs, scallops, and our mouth-watering Saké Glazed Wagyu sirloin.
