Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and Tito’s Handmade Vodka have joined together in a special effort to help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
Beginning on September 1, Cuba Libre (with locations in Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Orlando and Washington DC) will donate $1 for every Tito’s Vodka cocktail sold, and the team at Tito’s will match this with an additional $1 donation, up to $10,000, for a potential total of a $20,000 collaborative contribution to relief efforts in Texas and Louisiana.
“After learning about the devastating impact of Hurricane Harvey, I just knew we had to do something to help,” said Cuba Libre’s Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot. “We’re grateful to Tito’s Handmade Vodka for their matching donation, and are confident that we will reach our fundraising goal of $20,000 to contribute to relief efforts supporting Texas and Louisiana in this time of crisis.”
The following cocktails at Cuba Libre will be a part of this fundraising initiative:
-
Raspberry Mojito, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, raspberry puree
-
