Opa is rolling out a new DIY item to their menu: Roll Your Own Dolmades!
Chef Bobby Saritsoglou puts together a spread of dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) ingredients for guests to assemble on their own as a start to their meal at Opa.
The dolmade board is $20 and comes with:
- Brined Grape Leaves
- Braised Beef
- Paprika Chicken
- Seasoned Rice with apricot, dates, currants
- Feta
- Tursi (pickled vegetables)
- Chickpea salata
- Housemade spiced pepper condiments (in squeeze bottles – long hots and Florina peppers)
- Sprigs of dill and parsley
The dish is gluten free and low carb for those with special diets. Additionally, they will happily increase vegetable portions for vegetarians upon request.
