Get to Know Chef De Cuisine John Patterson and His Team With Fork’s New Wednesday Night Dinners: A Weekly Changing Meal for $55 Per Person Every Wednesday
Beginning on March 16, Fork Restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine John Patterson and his team will introduce Wednesday Night Dinners, a series of one-night-only menus featuring several courses, individually plated and family style, with a final course by Pastry Chef Samantha Kincaid, for just $55 per person.

Available exclusively on Wednesday nights only, these meals are an opportunity for guests to get a firsthand look at the creativity that continues to fuel Fork’s kitchen after nearly 19 successful years.
Each week will be guided by a theme or central ingredient; Chef Patterson will change the focus of the menu so that no two meals are ever alike.

Off the Coast, a Mid-Atlantic seafood-inspired menu
Kennett Square Excursion, a menu focused on the rich history of mushroom growing and farming in the area
