WHYY Host Marty Moss-Coane Takes Radio Times to Reading Terminal Market To Discuss Philadelphia as a Foodie Destination
Four of Philadelphia area’s most innovative local chefs will join WHYY host Marty Moss-Coane to talk about Philadelphia as a foodie destination at Reading Terminal Market on Wednesday, March 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. The public is invited to attend and ask questions at the event which will be recorded for broadcast on Radio Times.
Philadelphia has become one of the great food cities in the country. World class chefs and innovative restaurateurs have made our city a hub for creative cuisine and destination dining. We’re also home to fabulous neighborhood eateries serving local fare and comfort food.
Moss-Coane will talk to Aliza Green, a pioneer of farm-to-table cooking; Michael Pasquarello, contributing to the bar-meets-restaurant movement; Keven Parker, of the Soul Food Café; and Ellen Yin, of the popular Fork restaurant. The event is sure to spark taste buds and celebrate four chefs making Philadelphia a hub for world class, delicious food.
