Olga Sorzano, professional chef and owner of beloved kombucha brand, Baba’s Bucha, is will host the next installment in her Full Moon Feast series on Friday, June 21 from 7 – 9:30pm.

Hosted at Baba’s Bucha’s Phoenixville tasting room, AKA “A Culture Factory,” Sorzano invites guests to gather together for the Strawberry Moon Feast.
Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail, followed by a guided tasting experience of a decadent three-course meal, made by Sorzano herself.
The dinner will be held on the actual night of the Strawberry Moon and honors the centuries-old tradition of creating full moon rituals. Sorzano will be serving up a bevy of dishes showcasing seasonal, local, and organic ingredients that will nourish first the body and then the spirit (plus, kombucha will be served free-of-charge!).
