Sometimes I get a press release and it really checks a lot of boxes for me. I didn’t know that martinis were making a comeback because, frankly, they never went away for me. I often order them at restaurants, and I also make them at home (but they never taste quite as good as when a professional makes them!) So, I’m happy to share this tidbit of information that was sent my way because if you partake, doesn’t a martini flight sound nice?

Amidst the current martini mania,ย Patchwork, a lively restaurant and bar focused on New American cuisine nestled on the second floor of Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia, is introducing anย exclusiveย Martini Flightย to complement its New American menu.
The flight is a symphony of three unique, expertly crafted martinis โ vodka, gin, and tequila โ for just $25.
Vodka Martiniย / a blend of premium vodka, Nashi Pear, yuzu, and goma arabica, creating a harmonious concoction that is both refreshing and sophisticated.
Gin Martiniย / a twist on a classic featuring a delightful combination of gin, cocchi americano, sumac brine, and cocktail onions, delivering a balanced and aromatic profile.
Tequila Martiniย / combining tequila, poblano, and pomegranate for a bold and vibrant flavor explosion that captures the essence of Patchwork’s forward approach.
For an additional $9, guests can opt for an extra layer of indulgence and have their martinis arrive crowned with freshly shucked oysters.
Patchwork is located at 1620 Chancellor Street in the Rittenhouse area.
Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday 6:30 am – 9 pm; Friday – Saturday 7 am – 10 pm; Sunday 7 am – 9 pm
