An iconic Philadelphia gourmet food company has just opened its newest store specializing in Italian sandwiches, salads, soups, and more.
Di Bruno Bros. has opened the new Focacceria at the Concourse at Comcast Center, and it is not your average sandwich shop. This new bread-focused eatery celebrates the Italian heritage passed down through three generations of family shopkeepers.
Focacceria serves up massive, messy sandwiches made-to-order on freshly baked Focaccia bread. But these sandwiches are not your typical deli fare. Loaded with the artisan staples for which Di Bruno Bros. is famous—think gooey Stracciatella cheese, pecorino cream, aromatic porchetta, velvety Sicilian pistachio spread, and savory bresaola.
But it’s not just the ingredients that make Focacceria special. The sandwich mongers are passionate about Italian food and eager to share their knowledge with customers. They’ll tell you the story behind each ingredient and how it became a part of Di Bruno Bros.’s legacy.
If you’re a fan of focaccia bread, Italian meats, and cheeses, the new Focacceria location at the Concourse at Comcast Center. Click here for the menu. There are also coffee drinks and delectable pastries!
