With Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine being the focus at Arpeggio BYOB, owners Mary Cullom and Chef Hamdy Khalil take great pride in serving a beloved dish that a majority of their customers begin their meals with when dining at the Spring House restaurant – their hummus.
On Saturday, May 13th, Arpeggio BYOB will be celebrating International Hummus Day with a complimentary order of hummus and pita (regularly priced at $12) to all guests who dine-in at the restaurant.
“We’ve been incredibly proud of our house-made hummus and freshly baked pita since opening in 1995, so we’re super excited to give it away during International Hummus Day,” said Mary Cullom. “We’re excited to provide our loyal customers with samples of one of our signature dishes and also to introduce guests who have never ordered one of our most popular dishes to try it on the house. We’re expecting to serve a ton of hummus and pita on Saturday, May 13th!”
Arpeggio BYOB is located at 1101 North Bethlehem Pike in the Spring House Village Center, is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
