We were sent some Charlie’s Table gluten-free pasta to sample. While nobody in our household is required to be on a gluten-free diet, we’ve found that we feel better when we are eating gluten-free.
Not all gluten-free products are created equal. Some are better than others. We’ve tried a variety of gluten-free pasta. There are some really good brands, and some not so good brands. All of them have been dry pasta.
