Forsythia will host its next installment of the sought-after Industry Night Series on Monday, March 27 from 7 – 11pm.
Chefs Finn Connors and Jake Webster of Rittenhouse Square’s bustling restaurant and event space Wilder will take over the wood-burning oven at Forsythia boasting a selection of artisanal pizza creations and more.
As for boozy libations, Wilder’s Beverage Director Tom Brander and in-house Bar Expert Liv Forshey will be guest bartending, mixing up a bevy of spirited sippers inspired by cocktails found at Wilder.
Restaurant folks attending Industry Night can enjoy the smooth sounds of local band The Mask and Wig Band, as well as take in demonstrations by custom-craft bladesmith Fred Frederick.
No reservations required, and attendees can expect complimentary bites with pay-as-you go beverages.
