On Sunday, February 5th, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, Buddakan will open early for a one-day-only Lunar New Year brunch, served family style and meant to be shared.
The brunch service will also feature live performances by the Penn Lions (Pennsylvania’s Premier Traditional Chinese Lion Dance Troupe), showcasing extraordinary dancing at 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm.

Yusheng (king salmon, radish, cucumber, plum vinaigrette)
Mandarin Chicken Dumplings (Szechuan pickles)
Rabbit Spring Rolls (sweet & sour mustard)

Longevity Noodles (minced rabbit, ginger, scallions, Chinese pickled okra)
Whole Peking Duck (mu shu pancake, cucumber, scallion)
Crispy Whole Fish (black bean sauce, scallion, and ginger salad)
Red Envelope (8-layered cake, raspberry, calamansi)
Groups of 4 or more can order the tasting menu for $75/pp. Groups of 4 or under can order a la carte.
Buddakan is located at 325 Chestnut Street in Old City.
