DAOU Wine Tasting and Five-Course Dinner at Clementine’s

Clementine’s Stable Cafe in Fairmount will be hosting a five-course dinner and wine tasting with DAOU Vineyards on Thursday, October 20th with DAOU representatives onsite to discuss each pairing.

The wine tasting dinner will run from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Enjoy tasting and learning about the following DAOU wines: Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Bodyguard Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and their red blend Pessimist.

The seasonal dinner menu includes the following:


Kumamoto Oysters
Cilantro, Fish Sauce, Lime (aka crack sauce)
Family Estate Rosé, Paso Robles 2021

First Course

Delicata Squash “Bacon” Salad
Frisee, Honey Crisp, Mustard Dressing
Sauvignon Blanc, Paso Robles 2021

Second Course

Pan Roasted Dorade
Cauliflower, Yogurt, Pink Peppercorn Vinaigrette 
Bodyguard Chardonnay, Santa Barbara County 2020

Third Course

Charcoal Grilled Prime Ribeye
Bone Marrow, Mashed Potato, Mushroom Jus
Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles 2021


Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding
Brioche, Vanilla Ice Cream
Pessimist Special Select Red Blend, Paso Robles 2020

Tickets are $95 per person.

Clementine’s Stable Cafe is located at 631 North Broad Street.
