Beginning on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, Jean-Georges Philadelphia, the city’s most coveted dining reservation helmed by Chef de Cuisine Cornelia Sühr, will introduce Wednesdays as a fourth night of dinner service.
“Since our re-opening in the spring, demand for reservations has been at an all-time high,’ says Nicolas Suberville, General Manager of Jean-Georges Philadelphia. “We are excited to expand our operations with this fourth night as we head into the busy fall period and ahead of the holidays, giving the local community an additional opportunity to dine with us during the week.”
This announcement comes on the heels of an expanded culinary team, including the addition of Fabio Pineda, Executive Chef, and Damien Graef, Sommelier for Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. To continue elevating the experience and celebrating local flavours, the team recently introduced a new seventh course featuring a cheese supplement and wine pairing. This option is available to both “from the land and sea,” and “from the earth” menus.
The restaurant’s new operating days will be Wednesday-Saturday, 5:30-9:00 pm. Reservations for Wednesdays will begin on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 3:00 pm and can be booked through OpenTable.
