A lot has happened in the past five years since Herman’s Coffee opened in Pennsport; the quaint coffee shop in this South Philadelphia neighborhood is thriving.

Owners Mat Falco and Amy Strauss Falco are throwing a special 5th Anniversary party on Saturday, August 20, to celebrate the occasion, and many local friends are joining in!

Philadelphia brunch truck Burrito Feliz will kick off the festivities and be parked outside from 9-1:00 with breakfast burritos, birria tacos, horchata, and more.

Then at noon, there will be a bunch of Philly food/beverage pop-ups!

Martha Bar will serve cocktails and some small bites.

Freelance Pizza will be offering square pies.

Amy’s Pastelillos will bring her homemade pastelillos.

Homemade by Bruno will serve up cups of gelato and donut ice cream sandwiches featuring Okie Dokie Donuts!

Non-Alcoholic Bar & Sampling offers beers, wines, cocktails, and samples from popular brands, Monday & Ritual.

There will be FREE mini birthday cakes from Kouklet Bakehouse. 1 per person while supplies last.

Snacktime band will entertain everyone and debut their new record!

There will also be a limited number of free collapsible dog water bowls and t-shirts for sale.

Here’s to many more years of Herman’s Coffee in South Philadelphia.
