Gluten-Free Boss Babes Flakely and Fox & Son Fair Foods Team Up for GF Pizza Hawt Pockets

Move over Hot Pockets, say hello to gluten-free Hawt Pockets!

These new gluten-free handheld pizzas are the result of a collaboration between two dedicated gluten-free food businesses in Philadelphia.

Flakely GF and Fox & Son Fair Foods have teamed up on this locally-made gluten-free version of the popular microwavable pizza turnover.

Flakely GF is run by Chef Lila Collelo and Fox & Son Fair Foods is run by Rebecca Foxman. These two boss babes are successfully running gluten-free food businesses in Philadelphia, which is a godsend to those suffering from Celiac or living a gluten-free life. Flakely’s bakery is located in Manayunk. Fox & Son Fair Food is located in the Reading Terminal Market.

HAWT!

The new Hawt Pocket is made with Flakely’s pizza dough expertly stuffed with cheese and sauce made crispy to order at Fox & Son at the Reading Terminal Market stand on Wednesday, August 17.

Get them while they’re hot! Because when they’re gone, they’re gone.

A portion of every sale goes towards Project HOME, a Philadelphia non-profit organization empowering individuals to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
