Arctic Scoop, a boutique ice cream shop specializing in beautiful, artistic frozen desserts such as Thai-inspired coconut bowls, Hong Kong-style egg waffles, plus flavored ice cream cones and bowls, located on East Passyunk Avenue has opened a second location in The Shops at Liberty Place in Center City.
The new ice cream shop is located on the second floor in spot 205 in the Food Court area. Operating hours will be Monday through Saturday 10AM to 6PM and Sunday 12PM to 6PM.
