Several times, we’ve been to Daddy O on Long Beach Island. Owned by Fearless Restaurants based in Haverford, PA, Daddy O is a unique and stylish LBI destination you should definitely check out.

While the past couple of years since the pandemic have been tough, they are back with bravura! If you want to treat yourself to an unforgettable vacation this summer, consider staying at this impressive and delightful gem on LBI. These areas are festive sanctuaries where you can find fun, fantastic spins on your favorite libations, and esteemed eats. You’ll want to stay awhile and enjoy all the ways you can relax while lavishing in superb hospitality.
If it doesn’t already sound fantastic, it gets better! The Daddy O culinary team raises the dining bar to a new standard of excellence at the Jersey Shore. The food and beverage program produces scrumptious dishes and stellar drinks under the tutelage of Jeff Alberti, Director of Culinary, and Michele Garguilo, Director of Wine and Beverage for Fearless Restaurants.
Whether you’re ordering nibbles at the bars or dining in the chic restaurant inside, you absolutely must try the shareable Spicy Tuna Tacos (seaweed salad, mango, sweet soy, and crispy fried wontons as taco shells!), Roasted Brussels Sprout Flatbread (with herb ricotta and truffle honey), Pau Hana Sliders (pineapple habañero pulled pork on Hawaiian rolls), and crispy fried Buffalo boneless wing bites. Everything they prepare is of the highest quality and exquisitely presented.
I can’t say enough good things about Daddy O. It’s just the tip of the iceberg of what this top Long Beach Island hotel and restaurant offers. It will forever be our favorite place to stay, eat, and play on LBI.
